SMF-D100 * 20 double tube medium pressure filterIt consists of two single cylinder filters, two one-way valves, a directional valve, a bypass valve, a transmitter, etc. It can replace the filter element without stopping the system and is suitable for continuous operation of medium and low pressure hydraulic systems. When the filter element of one of the filters is clogged to the pressure value of the differential pressure transmitter during operation, the transmitter will activate, and it can follow the prompts of the power supply and indicator that people should replace this filter element. When replacing the filter element, simply switch the valve handle to another position, and the spare filter cartridge will start working. After unscrewing the clogged filter cartridge and draining the oil, unscrew the housing to replace the filter element.

2 Precautions for use

1. After blockage, the filter element should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid further increase in filter element pressure difference, which may cause damage to the filter element and further pollute the system.

2. The reversing valve handle must be in place.

3. The clogged filter element should be replaced with a new one in a timely manner for future use.
